MMSA provided consulting structural engineering design services and construction administration for the 44,000 SF Center which included a natatorium, gymnasium, fitness areas, and supporting spaces.  The building has a CMU bearing wall and steel framed roof structure.  Design also consisted of CMU bearing and shear walls, custom truss design over natatorium, concrete foundations and retaining walls.
