 The Summerfield Elementary School project consisted of a total reconstruction of the current school site, and a two-story classroom wing and an internal kindergarten play courtyard were created. The classroom buildings are mainly composed of ICF (insulated concrete form), and the floors are precast concrete planks. The renovated building area is 43,072 SF, while the area of the new construction is 54,845 SF.
