Michael M. Simpson & Associates, Inc. (MMSA) provided structural design engineering and structural construction administration services for a new apartment building foundation system. The 48,500 SF mixed-used, 6-story condominiums was designed with precast concrete columns, beams, double-tees and flat slabs. The deep foundation system consisted of drilled caissons and grade beams.
