MMSA provided structural engineering design and construction administration services for the new Rockingham County Judicial Center. The 4-level courthouse and jail facility utilizes a structural system consisting of steel columns and composite steel beams with concrete slabs on composite deck, roof joists and roof deck, steel vertical bracing, and concrete spread footings. The jail utilizes load bearing masonry walls, steel joists and roof deck with continuous strip footings.
