Michael M. Simpson & Associates, Inc. (MMSA) provided structural design engineering and structural construction administration services for a new 57,600 SF, 4-level, Mixed-Use Retail (shell) building.  The structural system consisted of steel braced frames.  The foundation system consisted of shallow spread footings.
