MMSA provided structural engineering and structural construction administration services for the new Spirit Center at Mauldin UMC. Located adjacent to and attached to the existing gymnasium building, the new three-story (includes mezzanine) steel-framed structure is supported on shallow foundations with a concrete floor slab-on-grade. The exterior is brick veneer. The facility houses a fellowship hall/worship center, kitchen, classrooms and storage facilities.
