MMSA provided structural engineering design and construction administration services for waterproofing and roof replacement, catwalk improvements and HVAC suspension system projects. The structural scope of work included replacement of the existing concrete plank roof, roofing underlayment and associated metal flashings; design of shallow foundations and the foundation retaining wall support system; masonry parapets; installation of attic ventilation; replacement and repair of the existing stair landing located on the south façade of the building; and the replacement of the existing brick masonry retaining wall on the east areaways.
