Constructed to replace the existing school building, the new 74,000 sf, one-story elementary school can accommodate up to 600 students, Pre-K through 5th grade. The facility is designed to meet green/sustainable goals, and utilizes building systems consisting of load-bearing special reinforced masonry shear walls with additional steel frames supporting high clerestory areas. MMSA provided structural engineering design and construction administration services.
