Pelham Mills Building

This project involves restoration of a century year old building that had badly deteriorated interior floor and roof structures. The historic 1890’s Pelham Mills burned in 1943, but the mill’s office was left intact. In 1987, the mill site was placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
