The SCSU Engineering & Science Complex is a new 3-story building housing computer labs, classrooms, offices, and other supporting facilities. The building consists of a steel frame system. The roof will include a wide flange metal deck supported by structural steel joists, beams and columns. Elevated floors will be constructed of a concrete slab on composite metal deck supported by structural steel composite beams and columns.
